Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine |
The Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center of High Mountain Health works with patients who are recovering from Orthopedic or Sports injuries, surgery, sprains and strains, and industrial or work-related accidents. Although we treat a wide range of rehabilitation needs, our main priority is always to help restore our patients’ prior level of physical function and activity.
We set the highest standards for patient care and access.
Our highly experienced clinicians evaluate and diagnose new patients. They establish a physical therapy program and manage the patient’s process toward recovery. From our modern, state-of-the-art facility at 535 High Mountain Road in North Haledon, our Physical Therapists work with patients to restore, maintain and promote optimal physical movement, wellness and fitness.
We communicate regularly with the medical professional who have entrusted their patients to us. We work directly with our own medical colleagues from within High Mountain Health and also with physicians and colleagues throughout the medical community to keep them up to date on their patients’ progress toward and recovery.

We also see patients for pain management due to injury or disease. Although our patients have different rehabilitation needs, they share one common goal, to return to their previous level of ability.
For the convenience of our patients we offer home programs that allow patients to maintain gains made at our facility and helps prevent similar injuries from happening again.
We offer early morning and evening hour appointments to accommodate busy schedules. And we also have Saturday hours available for patient flexibility. |
